I promised a friend I would post this recipe sometime, and I just now remembered. Chelsey sent it to me. I don’t remember where she got it from.

MINT SHAKE

Ingredients:

2 cups low-fat vanilla ice cream
1 cup skim milk
1/8 teaspoon peppermint extract
4 drops green food coloring or to taste

Directions:

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and creamy
